A Journey of Compassion
LiftUp Community Resources was LiftUp Community Resources was born from lived experiences—homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, hunger, and deep poverty. These weren’t distant issues to us; they were realities we endured and survived. We understand the weight of instability, the barriers to accessing help, and the feeling of being overlooked. Instead of allowing those experiences to define our limits, we chose to transform them into a foundation for something greater—something rooted in empathy, resilience, and real understanding.
From that foundation, LiftUp was created to help individuals and families find a way forward. We connect people to essential resources like food assistance, cash support, recovery services, and disability programs, while also offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way. Our goal is not just short-term relief, but long-term empowerment. We believe everyone deserves a dignified life, and through LiftUp, we provide the tools and support needed to rebuild, regain stability, and rise with purpose.
