LiftUp Community Resources grew out of a firsthand understanding of how difficult it is to navigate Baltimore's social services landscape. Too many families were falling through the cracks — not because help didn't exist, but because the system was too complex to navigate alone.
Our team set out to bridge that gap — providing hands-on, personalized support that meets people exactly where they are. Not just a referral. Not just a phone number. Real, sustained guidance until families find stability.
Today, we strive to serve hundreds of Baltimore families each year through four core programs: SNAP enrollment, TDAP and disability assistance, SUD recovery referrals, and comprehensive case management. Every service is free. Every client is treated with dignity. No judgment — ever.
